Through sports training, mentorship, and mental health support, we're leveling the playing field for disadvantaged youth and building a community where everyone wins. Whether it's their first practice or their biggest game, we're in their corner every step of the way. **Join us, and let's change the game together!** 🏆

Our referee training program addresses a national shortage — the average sports official today is 50 years old and the pipeline is shrinking. We train high school students (15+) to step into those roles as paid recreational contractors, creating genuine employment pathways within their own communities. For adaptive athletes, we go further. We cover fundraise to subsidize transportation costs — often the biggest barrier keeping disabled youth from participating — and work directly with partners like Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center and the Department of Recreation and Parks to deliver inclusive programming across the region.
